Will we be designing a fully custom home from scratch, or are you choosing one of our existing Hadley floor plans and tailoring it to your needs?
Next, we’ll determine where we’re building: on one of our Hadley lots, a lot you already own, or one we’ll help you find.
At this stage, you’ll enter into a pre-contract agreement and submit an initial deposit. You’ll also want to get your construction financing lined up.
Timeline: Typically 1–2 weeks.
Once we finalize your floor plan and have a site plan showing how your home will sit on the lot, it’s time for selections!
You’ll choose everything—inside and out—so we can give you an accurate final cost before we build.
After reviewing the full breakdown with Chad, and our team, you can make any changes to your selections before signing the final build contract and paying your build deposit.
Timeline: Can be 2 weeks or a few months—totally depends on how quickly decisions are made!
With your contract signed and deposit submitted, it’s go time!
Construction will begin right away unless we’ve agreed on a delayed start. We’ll keep you updated throughout, and before you know it, we’ll be handing over the keys!
Timeline: The build typically takes 6–8 months from groundbreaking until closing.
